Excellent piece, look forward to meeting you one day, -and am hooking my readership up with your comments on Vitamin D from this page. As you know, Vitamin D3 is so overlooked and yet so relevant in the treatment of many forms of depression, not the least of which is Major Depression that presents as refractory to other interventions. Interesting that many don't know how to measure D3 levels!
