I am concerned over the warning:"Spironolactone has caused tumors in laboratory animals. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of using this medication for your condition." Please see the

I found this info very interesting; can you share any view(s) on the use of Metanx for Diabetes/Neuropathy?
Dr. Joe this new video discussion is terrific! You explain things so well and I thank you for recommending Arginine to me 2 years ago. My life has steadily improved under your care.
Spironolactone has been on the market for over 40 years. The label is the same as was when the drug was introduced. There have been no cancers in humans during the last 40 years.
B6, B 12 and folic acid have been used in diabetes neuropathy for all the time I have been in medicine. Peter Forsham, MD, my mentor from UCSF in the 70s, would inject some B12 each time he would give his 8-10 shots of insulin daily (in the same syringe) and swallow handfuls of the folic acid and B 6. These probably will be taken off the market if Congress approves the restrictions on natural products coming up for a vote next week.
