Any advice as to how I can view these? I have an iMac which may account for the nonworking condition of the videos. I sure wish I could view these.

View Videos on a Macintosh Computer
To view videos on a Macintosh computer, please follow the instructions below:
1. Download the Firefox Browser by going to http://www.mozilla.com
2.Download the Flip4mac player at http://www.flip4mac.com and look for the free Windows Media Player for Quicktime.
With these two components, you should be able to view video emails created on helloWorld or VMdirect.
