Good afternoon Dr. Joe. Patricia Woodrum here. Is it possible to take "too much L-Arginine"?? I have a severe case of shingles "or herpes virus". My Dr. thinks stress is the cause. I don't think it is my immune system (nor does he). I am still on the Cardio Pack "not the Cardio Cocktail". Thanks and have a great day. Patricia
