I am a 35-year Type 1 and am on a pump. Think I always had sleep apnea but had a sleep study about 6 years ago and now use a C-Pap machine. Like the waves we go through with diet, if my head/nose is "full" with a cold, I forego the C-Pap and try to sleep without it. Makes me realize how useful it is and why I should always use it. Have recently gained some weight abd have cheated dietwise and with using the C-Pap. Have other complications also. Had an appointment with you about 4-5 years ago at your office. Live on the east coast so future appointments are unlikely. Relative to sleep, diet and general advice for a 66-year old, do you have any general advice?
Three times a week walk about 2 miles plus the day you exercise. Weight lifting three times a week would do well in place of the walking or in addition to the walking.
Take Vitamin D 50,000 IU daily for three months then 50,000 IU one time a week.
5,000 mg of l-arginine daily is a must. There are lots of products now but I favor Synergy WorldWide, ProArgi9 plus for the antiaging in the “plus”. I’m involved with the company. To purchase it,
