Your video is not functioning as it should. Please get your IT people to set things up so that your video software works properly.
PS It's your NEW video setup - the one with the control in the middle - that is the problem. Please fix it urgently. Until you do, there's no point sending out video emails.
What is the name of the Nobel proze winnder that you refer to?

This was great. The irony of it all was that in spite of his no-show, you shared with us your suspicion that a PhD Nobel Laureate may be unaware of all the positive spin-offs his research has led to in practical terms. How it has changed the practice of medicine in some specialties and helped patients lead longer, healthier lives. So there you were, to help connect some dots.
Too bad for him. You may have missed a lunch with a research celebrity, but he was the looser in this equation.
PS: the technology is working just fine and I really enjoyed this spot.
