Thanks for providing another most useful filter for discerning what's valid in the info avalanche.

Dr. Joe:
I have no idea if I am one of the few people who for whatever reasons, for the past 2 months, cannot access your video feeds.
I have downloaded everything thinkable plus with other situations involving some video viewing, this problem does not occur. Only with your newsletter.
I am frustrated because of missing out on all of your anticipated valuable informatin.
Just in case there is some technical aspect occurring on your side of the table, thought you should be informed.
Thanks.
Deborah Toschi
The exact same thing that is happening to Deborah is also happening to me. I also hate to miss out on your emails and this seemed to have started at least a couple of weeks ago. I have also tried everything I know of. Isn't there an easier program you might use to enable all those who want to to see your posts?
Me, too, Debbie.
Maybe my experience will help. I use Windows XP with Juno for email. Juno uses IE6 as a browser. When I click on a Dr Joe link the download dies before the clocklike circle appears. Though not a Mac user I tried the Mac circumvention - cut link address from failed download and paste it into my favorite browser Mozilla Firefox v2. It takes a long time to load but it usually works. Strangely the volume is extraordinarily low - often a whisper. Hope this helps solve the problem.
