I so wish your communications were in the form of a word message instead of a video.
I don't' have the time, or the patience, to listen to a video and I usually just delte them, however, I read what ever is printed.

agree with comment on videos, I have an old computer, dial in isp and it takes 5 minutes to load....so unless something really special, don't take the time to WAIT....just delete and go. Text would be great! Could include the references as clickable links so could do additional reading.
