If you're going to report on something, at least you could spell it right. METANX.

I moved from 2 tablets daily of Metanex to 15mg sublingual B12 per your instruction. Will this have the same effect on peripheral neuropathy as Metanex?

I started using Metanx over a year ago when I was having tremendous neuropathy and cramps particularly at night, making restful sleep impossible. Metanx has mitigated those problems to 90 - 95%. Because I have no insurance I sometimes have to go for a stretch without this "medical food" and can tell within a few days that the neuropathy is in fact well controlled only when I am taking Metanx daily. I can detect no side effects even though I am very prone to that sort of problem. Yay Metanx!!!

I used Metanx for more than a year, and did not experience any improvement in peripheral neuropathy. Now my doctor is having me try Folbic and alpha lipoic acid.

And it's expensive! My neuropathy actually got worse when I started it, so I discontinued it. Anyone else have this experience?
