Is the T-3 Cream currently available? Besides being topically applied for wound healing, can it also assist at healing Basal-cell carcinoma? Maybe something to look into?

Can the T3 cream be used instead of oral T3 to raise blood levels in patients who are intolerant of oral T3 and would it be better tolerated than the oral form?
No, the T3 cream can not be used instead of oral T3.
