The Cochrane review regarding the evidence based research of efficacy describes only a modest effect if the flu vaccine is given in decreases in pneumonia, or hospitalizations.

Most people I come across do not know much about vitamin D3 and all its wonderful benefits.
Taking vitamin D3 has enabled me to continue a very active life in Minnesota.
